Farhan Akhtar Toofan Movie Review

Toofaan Movie Story

Growing up in the orphanage, Ajju aka Aziz Ali (Farhan Akhtar) is a Dongri goon. He is good at heart and circumstances have made him so. When Aziz meets Dr. Ananya Prabhu (Mrunal Thakur), his life starts on a new path.

Both start loving each other. The makers have taken the risk of showing the love story of a Muslim boxer and a Hindi doctor here. Dongri ka goon Ajju decides to become boxer Aziz Ali. Coach Nana Prabhu (Paresh Rawal) supports him in fulfilling his insistence.

The film 'Toofan' is the story of a boxer making a comeback after losing everything. The story moves from Dongri to Delhi after coming into the mainstream of Maharashtra. Shows corruption in sports federations.

Om Prakash Mehra has presented this story in a powerful manner which keeps the audience engaged. Producer Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan and Rakesh's fiction story film has been scripted by Anjum Rajabali. The script is such that the film does not knock anywhere. The dialogues also impress a lot.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has chosen the story according to the current era. The film has comedy, masala. Farhan Akhtar has done a great job. Farhan's hard work is clearly visible in the trick - from the shield to the colloquial.

Mrunal looks cute as always and Paresh Rawal manages to get into every character. The film stars Supriya Pathak Kapoor and Hussain Dalal whose presence has strengthened the film.

The songs and music of the film are also good. The song touches a deep dark heart. Its lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar while Vishal Dadlani has given voice. It is a must watch film once. It is a story of courage, a story of struggle, which may inspire you to try something new.
