Haseen Dilruba Film Review Story And more

We are providing Web Series information Also so make Sure you Can Return to visit our Website Filmmaker Vinil Mathew's Haseen Dilruba is not the usual love story. This is not a story where a boy and a girl meet, both fall in love, get married and live happily ever after.

It is a story going through crazy love, passion, lust, revenge, crime, and many more. It's not a movie that gets made every day in the commercial space, but it's the kind of pulp-fiction you'll want to spend your time in. Simply because it is different than the rest.

Haseen Dilruba Film Review

Haseen Dilruba Film

The film begins with a scene where a woman is feeding dogs on the street and suddenly she hears the sound of her house on fire.

She runs inside, only to find her husband Rishabh's tattooed hand (the tattoo of her name is - Rani). The house is dilapidated, her husband does not live after this incident and a police team (along with Aditya Srivastava) comes to investigate the matter.

Wife is blamed for her husband's death

A woman named Rani is the prime suspect in the murder of her husband. The story progresses like an investigative thriller, where the audience is forced to juggle between scenes from the police station and the personal lives of Rani and Rishabh. The audience knows only as much as the queen shares with the police, thus creating suspense among the spectators.

Looking back, the audience is like police officers in the background, learning the story based on the conversation between Rani and the Chief Investigating Officer.

Rishabh Saxena (Vikrant Messi) is a quiet and timid person. By profession he is Engineer in Electricity Board. He is an introvert who can easily fall in love with a woman and takes a long time to move on. His family wants him to marry a 'beautiful gentle and homely girl' and he convinces them to meet Rani Kashyap (Taapsee Pannu) after much effort.

Rani By profession, she is a salon manager and does not like to do household chores. He also has a keen interest in the crime novels by Dinesh Pandit. She has had relationships in the past and is hesitant to go to Jwalapur, but for some reason she agrees to the marriage.

Right from the start, she believes that she is too good for Rishabh, who is now really madly in love with her. Rani and Rishabh get married. After a while, the scene sees the entry of Rishabh's cousin Neil Tripathi (Harshvardhan Rane).

He comes to the Saxena residence at a time when there are marital problems going on between Rani and Rishabh. After this, Rani and Neel come together and what happens then forms the basis of the story.

The film swiftly shifts from a comedy-space to a psychological-thriller space. There is no doubt that this is an intriguing and controversial story. For example, how far are you allowed to go in the name of punishing or avenging your love? Is everything you do in the name of love justified, no matter how dangerous it may be?

Performance: In terms of performance, Taapsee is in full form as Rani. Taapsee has played her character well and delivered a memorable performance while fine-tuning the smallest details of her character. Vikrant shows an incredibly impressive range in his role. His character is the strongest, which gives an opportunity to show many layers.
